I spent years as a Global Chief Marketing Officer and Board member, sitting in the rooms where the highest-stakes decisions get made — and carrying the weight of them long after the meeting ended. I know what it feels like when the pressure is relentless, when you can't fully think out loud, and when the people who might understand are also your competition.
That's what brought me to executive coaching. Not a career change — an extension of what I've always done: helping leaders think more clearly, move more decisively, and lead in a way that actually sustains.
The shift most leaders need
Most executives rise by proving themselves — delivering results, absorbing pressure, demonstrating they can handle more. That drive creates success. But over time, the same energy that fueled the climb starts to become the ceiling. Teams feel it. The leader feels it. The work starts to feel like performance rather than purpose.
My coaching is built around one fundamental shift: from proving to leading. When a leader stops managing their image and starts owning their impact, the change is visible to everyone around them — and the capacity they unlock in themselves creates space for their teams and organization to grow with them.
This isn't about doing less. It's about leading differently — with clarity, presence, and authenticity that others can feel.
What's different about working with me
I've contributed to over $1.5 billion in revenue growth as a senior executive, and I've coached leaders at Microsoft, Twitter, Abercrombie & Fitch, IBM, and others. I also served as President of the International Coaching Federation Los Angeles chapter — the largest ICF chapter in the world. I bring all of it into every engagement — not as credentials, but as context. I've been in your conversations, felt your pressures, and made your kind of calls. That changes the quality of the thinking we can do together.
I use advanced assessments — the Enneagram, Leadership Profile 360, Energy Leadership Index, DiSC — not as a checklist, but as tools that help us move faster toward what's actually in the way. And when I see something you're not seeing, I'll say it (nicely). That directness is often what makes the difference.
Here's who this work is for.
Senior executives and C-Suite leaders who have earned their seat but feel something has shifted. The effort is there. The results are there. But the weight of the role has gotten heavier, the isolation is real, and the next level of leadership isn't yet clear. You don't want generic advice — you want a thinking partner who has been where you are and will tell you what they actually see.
VPs and Senior Directors on the path to the C-Suite who are being watched, being considered, and know it. The technical skills got you here. What takes you further is a different kind of leadership — more presence, more clarity, more ability to move people and organizations. You want to close that gap before you need to.
If that's you, here's how we work together.

I work with senior leaders in two ways: individually, for executives who want to think more clearly and lead more effectively; and organizationally, for companies that want their leadership teams to do the same.
FOR INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVES
Executive Coaching
One-on-one engagement for VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, team dynamics, or the next chapter of their career. Not a framework. Not a program. A thinking partner who has operated at your level — and knows what it actually takes to lead there.
Sessions are structured around your agenda. The work is real, the conversations are direct, and the outcomes are yours to own.
Peer Advisory Group
A small, facilitated group of non-competing senior executives who meet monthly to pressure-test real decisions together. Built around the Executive Case Dialogue — a structured approach that turns peer experience into sharper, more confident decisions.
Limited seats. Serious applicants only. Apply here.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
I work with L&D and HR leaders to design and facilitate leadership development experiences for senior teams. Engagements are built around the real dynamics in the room — not off-the-shelf curriculum.
Team Effectiveness
Team development, collaboration and dynamics work, and mediation for leadership teams that need to work better together. Whether the friction is visible or just under the surface, this is where we address it directly.
Learning & Development
Workshop design and facilitation, training programs, and curriculum development built for your people and your context — not repurposed from someone else's organization.
Organizational Effectiveness
Assessments and culture transformation work for organizations navigating change, misalignment, or the gap between where they are and where they need to be.

Introducing the Prove Nothing Framework.
Most leaders rise by proving themselves — working harder, chasing recognition, pushing to stay ahead. But proving has a hidden cost: it becomes a ceiling. It drains energy, limits effectiveness, and keeps even top performers from breaking through to the next level of leadership.
The Prove Nothing Framework (TM) — Prove Nothing, Own Everything, Come Home to Yourself — is both a roadmap and a challenge. It asks you to pause, question where proving is driving your decisions, and step into a different way of leading.
This challenge isn’t about doing less. It’s about shifting the game: from proving your worth to owning your impact, from chasing external validation to leading with power and authenticity. When you take on this challenge, you scale your capacity, strengthen your teams, and lead with clarity that others can trust.
Most executives know how to perform. Fewer know how to lead with the kind of clarity and momentum that moves organizations forward — especially when obstacles hit. The Leadership Momentum Guide gives you a practical framework for getting unstuck, making bolder decisions, and leading with more impact. A focused 5-minute read.
Most leaders succeed the same way: by proving themselves. Working harder, pushing further, chasing recognition.
It works — until it doesn’t.
Constant proving produces diminishing returns and impact, and leads to a proving plateau. When proving becomes a ceiling, it drains your energy, caps your growth, and keeps you from leading at your best.
That’s where The Prove Nothing Strategy Session™ comes in.
